We can allow ourselves to enjoy life and appreciate the miracle we've all been given and to appreciate humor and beauty....I find personally the more I can open myself up to the horror and really allow myself to feel the full range of feelings about what's happening, then my ability to feel the good aspects opens up in the other direction.
